2. After some arguments, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to avail his remedy under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956.

3. Counsel for National Highways Authority of India submits that filing an application under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 shall be appropriate remedy for the petitioner.

4. In this view of the matter, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present writ application with the direction to avail his remedy under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 within 6 weeks from the order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
