JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 In compliance of this Court's order dated 06.05.2019, the original records of the present acquisition proceedings have been produced by the learned counsel representing the State. On examination of the pleadings on record and considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, it seems that the petitioner has grievance against determination of amount of compensation payable to him against acquisition of his land under the provisions of National Highways Act, 1956. The petitioner has remedy under sub-section (5) of Section 3G of the Act, which he can avail by making application

This application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to invoke the provisions of sub-section (5) of Section 3G of the Act. It is observed that if any application is made for determination under sub-section (5) of Section 3G of the Act, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
