BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition on learned counsel for the State if it not already served.
In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.9255 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 2/3 "(a) For issuance writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to pay the entire honorarium for the month of (i) January 2012 to May (ii) For May 2013 to March 2015 (iii) For August 2017 till date (b) For issuance of direction to the respondent authority to allow her to perform her duties and make the signatures over the attendance register.
(c) For any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner found entitled thereunder."
In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner has submitted representations on 20.10.2020 and 22.02.2021 (Annexure-11 & 11/1). The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on petitioner's representations. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and redress the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible for the monetary benefits the same shall be extended along with interest @ 6% per annum. If the petitioner is not entitled in that event necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. If the aforesaid direction is
