2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 354B, 504, 506, 313 and 314 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have committed rape on the daughter of informant. It is further alleged that later, the victim became pregnant and on 05.08.2023, this petitioner got her pregnancy terminated.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20219 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
