JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the BISCOMAUN.

2. In the light of my order dated 14.09.2015, further payment of Rs. 77,304=00 towards retiral dues of husband of the petitioner has been made through account payee cheque dated 21.09.2015.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for the BISCOMAUN that the pension contribution of the employer amounting to Rs. 41,344=00 shall be deposited with the Provident Fund Authorities on the basis of which the monthly pension admissible to the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2231 of 2015 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 shall be revised.

4. Let necessary deposit be made by the BISCOMAUN authorities as early as possible, in any case within one week from today and thereafter revision of pension of the petitioner be also made within another one week and with the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.

5. Counsel for the petitioner is requested to grant receipt in the margin of the order-sheet that he has received account payee cheque of Rs. 77,304/- drawn in favour of the petitioner. (V.N. Sinha, J.) Arjun/- U
