The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by one co-accused Manish Kumar, who has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26378 of 2018 vide order dated 19.07.2018 by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
