The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been filed as a follow up case filed earlier by the brother of this petitioner against the husband of the informant of the present case. Learned counsel further submits that there is mere allegation that the petitioner entered and tried to ravish her daughter.
Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and subsequently, the parties have come to an amicable settlement and have decided not to contest the matters, let the petitioner Dhanju
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31687 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 Kumar, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabd, in connection with Jehanabad (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 75/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
