Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Anganbari Sevika and subsequently her appointment was cancelled and as against the order of cancellation, the petitioner has already filed an appeal, which is said to be still pending, this writ application is obviously premature and is in fact not maintainable.

Nonetheless, the appellate authority is hereby directed to ensure that if such an appeal of the petitioner has not been
