The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.89 of 2017, a case under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It appears that some other co-accused having similar allegation have already been allowed anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 47213 and 51850 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61708 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Paraiya Police Station Case No. 89 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
