Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.9 of 2017, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner earlier sexually exploited the victim, when she became pregnant thereafter married in the temple and started making demand of dowry and lastly killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017 and he has falsely been implicated in this case whereas learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner earlier raped the victim girl, when she became pregnant and case was instituted then the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54872 of 2017(3) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 married with the girl and soon after she was killed. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.9 of 2017, pending in the court of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran.
