"For issuance of the writ in the nature of Mandamus or some other appropriate writ or order or orders directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service when the respondent nos.5 to 7 have already been reinstated in the service vide letter no.-11/T-4-46/95-337(II) dated 31.08.1998 the Annexure-8 of the petition letter no.11/T-5-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15680 of 2014 dt.13-12-2024 2/2 57/95-435(II) dated 26.05.1997 the Annexure-17(a) of the petition and letter no.-4/A7-23/94839(4) dated 10.09.2001 the Annexure-22 of the petition without notification when their appointment authority was the same person."

2. Learned counsel for the respondents-State pointed out Annexure-G to the counter affidavit to the extent that the present matter is covered by Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 06.11.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8406 of 2015 and other connected matters.

3. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and it is submitted that in the light of the aforesaid Co-ordinate Bench decision, instant writ petition could be disposed of.

4. In the light of the aforesaid submissions on behalf of the respective counsels, instant writ petition stand disposed of in terms of the Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 06.11.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8406 of 2015 and other connected matters.
