2. This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 600 days in filing the present application and restoration of M.A. No. 546 of 2017 which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 27.06.2019.

3. Considering the explanations made in the petition,

Patna High Court MJC No.1044 of 2021(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 the prayer for restoration is allowed. M.A. No. 546 of 2017 is restored to its original file and number.
