The petitioners seek bail in Excise Case No.46 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioners were travelling on a motorcycle. The Excise officials on search recovered 15 litres of liquor from the dickey of the motorcycle and for that the petitioners are in jail since 13.02.2020. Petitioners have already remained in jail for about four months for the recovery of only 15 litres of liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the
