Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Gaya. Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice vide orders dated 18.02.2016 and 18.01.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55276 of 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.782 of 2017, respectively on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
