The Divisional Commissioner, Munger is directed to take a decision with regard to roster clearance for which communication has been made with him as far back as on 30th of January, 2015 vide letter
Patna High Court CWJC No.4083 of 2015 dt.02-07-2015 2/2 no. 108, under the signature of Superintending Engineer, Road Construction Division, Munger. Such a decision must be taken and communicated to the authority concerned by the Divisional Commissioner within 15 days from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order.
Once such a recommendation is received, the follow up action will be taken by the respondent-authority with regard to the petitioners without further delay. Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
