The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case is that a joint enquiry made by the ADM, Siwan and District Public Grievance Cell Officer, it was found that the accused persons have left Mangla Kamla Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital in the year 20162017 but he has still continuing taking the benefits of Student credit Card scheme.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 471 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U
