2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021 dated 11.04.2021 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 341, 354D, 354A, 506 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66C of the I.T Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner used to forcibly stop, stalk and tease the informant while going to coaching. When the informant left the coaching, the petitioner threatened her with different mobile numbers. When the informant's marriage was fixed, the petitioner threatened the groom continuously, resulting in the cancellation of the informant's marriage. Further, the petitioner started teasing the informant by putting her whatsapp status, and DP and he used to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel has submitted that the informant does not want to marry where her guardian has settled the marriage and that is why she is making false story to implicate the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. This application stands allowed.
