Patna High Court CWJC No.17768 of 2016 dt.03-11-2017 From the counter affidavit filed by the State Government and averment made in para-4, we find that on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2011 Miscellaneous Case No. 67 of 2013 was initiated by the Collector, Begusarai on 14.10.2017 and after joint enquiry a report has been submitted and the Collector has given various justifications for undertaking the aforesaid action. That being so, now no action is required to be taken in this matter. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved with the further action, he may take up the issue before the State Vigilance Authorities such as Lokayukta.
With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner this application is disposed of.
