The present matter has been preferred for: "initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties due to noncompliance and disobedience of order dated 25.06.2019 of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22240 of 2018, by which he has been pleased to grant liberty to approach the opposite parties for appropriate decision."

3. Learned counsel for the U.O.I. has taken this Court to the show-cause filed on behalf of the National Council for Co-operative Training (for brevity 'NCCT') to show that on 21.08.2019, a reasoned order has been passed rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more. In that background, granting the family to agitate the matter if they so want and observing that the order stands complied, the M.J.C. 1045 of 2021 stands disposed of.
