2. In terms of the order dated 31.01.2018, learned counsel for the Corporation has handed over cheque of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8796 of 2016 (9) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 1,18,163/- to learned counsel for the petitioner. Having accepted that, as agreed to by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter finally stands concluded between the parties.
