The petitioners seek bail in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no.2 Vijay Kumar Singh is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of sword while petitioner no.1 Sanjay Kumar Singh is said to have assaulted on the head of the brother of the informant, namely, Lalan Prasad Singh by means of garasa.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners happen to be full brothers of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties. There is case and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54084 of 2017 (2) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 counter case between them. The injuries sustained by the victims are simple in nature. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 22.09.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S.
