JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the accused persons killed the victim for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and destroyed the dead body in order to conceal the possible incriminating evidence. The petitioner submits that admittedly he is a mediator in the marriage of the deceased and is not a family member of the accused persons. He has no concern with the internal family affairs of the accused persons.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Suresh Tiwary is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.88 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with
