For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Surendra Kishore Thakur For the Respondent/s : AC to Addl. Advocate General - 4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 4.
The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for quashing of a notice, which was issued long back on 23-09-2005, whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit land rent for the year 2005-06.
There is no plausible explanation for approaching this Court at such belated stage.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
