Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the sim from which the messages have sent to the mobile of the victim girl does not belong to him.

Nothing new has been pointed out after rejection of petitioner's bail application earlier on 16.05.2018 in the instant case. Having regard to gravity of the allegations coupled with the fact that the victim girl has not been recovered till date, prayer of the petitioner, for grant of bail is rejected. This application stands rejected.
