1. The present petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.11.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.13912 of 2021, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was granted liberty to file appropriate representation/petition before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for revocation of the suspension of the arms license of the petitioner, made vide order dated 17.07.2021 and it was observed that in case appropriate representation/petition is filed within two weeks, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has submitted by referring to the show cause filed in the

Patna High Court MJC No.737 of 2023(4) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 present case that in compliance of the order dated 22.11.2022, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.13912 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has duly considered the representation of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order dated 02.09.2025 rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for revocation of the suspension of arms license No.159 of 2013, after obtaining a report from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, according to which criminal case is pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.11.2022, the representation of the petitioner has stood disposed off (rejected), vide order dated 02.09.2025, passed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 22.11.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.13912 of 2021 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
