Petitioner, who is in custody, seek bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 618 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018.
It is alleged in the written report that police intercepted one motorcycle on which this petitioner along with other accused was found sitting. It is further alleged that on inquiry they could not produce any paper.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other accused who was found sitting with this petitioner has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24444 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14882 of 2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
