2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 for the offences alleged under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 33.840 litres of foreign liquor from a blue-coloured motorcycle. It is further submitted that the motor-cycle in question does not belong to him. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16501 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 of custody already suffered since 20.01.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumExcise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
