2. State counsel accepts notice for respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve copy of the writ petition to the counsel for the State/respondents, if it is not already served.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for payment from June 2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.9893 of 2021 dt.18-02-2022 2/2 to February 2021 and further issue direction to the respondent No. 5 to issue Last Pay Certificate to the petitioner and further issue direction to respondents pay the arrear of salary since June 2018 to till today and as well as cureent salary along with interest and further give other legal consequential benefits attached to post."

5. The aforesaid relief is supported by applications/representations dated 28.09.2019, 30.12.2019 and 1.03.2021 vide Annexures 1 series and 3 series.

6. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide petitioner's grievance in the light of applications/representations cited supra within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ of Rs. 10,000/-. Cost shall be paid by 5th and 6th respondents from their pocket and not from Department/Government.

7. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed off.
