Case No. 536 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against this petitioner. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
