Patna High Court CWJC No.8608 of 2021(3) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 respect to respondent Nos. 1 to 6 on the ground of not filing the requisites etc. in time for issuance of notice upon them, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to agitate against the impugned order before the appellate authority. Permission is granted.

Should he (petitioner) do so, the appellate authority, after providing opportunity to him as well as the private respondent No. 7, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of sixty (60) days of the presentation of such Appeal.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
