2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner received Rs. 9.40 lacs in his bank account for supply of the articles, but he neither supplied the articles nor did he return the money to the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already returned the money to the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that from the impugned order it appears that the petitioner has transferred the money of the informant in the account of some other persons and thus deliberately he has not returned the money to the informant.
