The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.06.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 15 tablets of Activan was recovered from the petitioner and similarly circumstanced co-accused namely Deepak Kumar have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 51244 of 2018.

No.17674 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018.
