Mr.Sheo Shankar Prasad (SC 8) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Sheo Shankar Prasad, learned SC 8 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that the Sr.S.P., Bodh-Gaya has communicated him that the immediate steps have been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner. Learned counsel further informs that he has received information that "CTMIS onboarding software", with respect to the account of the petitioner, which was made dorment, have to be activated, and for making payment, two weeks' time is required.

3. Considering the submission of the State counsel based on the specific instruction given by the Sr.S.P., Bodh Gaya, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sr.S.P., Bodh Gaya that he must ensure to credit the entire

Patna High Court CWJC No.5830 of 2023(5) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 amount into the bank account of the petitioner within the aforesaid period i.e. two weeks, without fail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned authorities, in case the respondents fail to abide by the undertakings given in the letter dated 10.10.2023.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
