Patna High Court CWJC No.5142 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/3 petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for the issuance of writ, in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions commanding the respondent authorities to provide the ACP (Assured Carrier Progression) to the employees of the respondent Board on their pay scales from their date of adjustment in service in the light of office order issued vide memo No. 2696, dated 02.07.2008 and its consequential orders and the petitioners further prays for other consequential relief or reliefs, for which the petitioners are entitled under the law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.4 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.5142 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 3/3 period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
