ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in B.P. No. 484 of 2015 on the ground that he did not appreciate the facts of the case properly. Considering that a Senior Judicial Officer has exercise its discretion in favour of the Opposite Parties and there is no indication that he ever misused the privilege of bail after having been released, I see no reason for entertaining this petition on merits. Hence, the application stands rejected.
