Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 370, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Bounded Labour Abolition Act, 1976 and Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986. Allegation against the petitioner is that he induced the parents of 21 minor children to allow them to go to work in Bangle Factory at Jaipur.

Submission is that after institution of FIR, the children have already returned. Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Consideirng the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charges or completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
