Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.

Learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura agrees that the remaining and admissible dues to the petitioner shall be paid in accordance with law within the next two months. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to represent before the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University within the next three months from today with regard to any other admissible dues which remains unpaid. It is agreed by learned counsel for the University that the same shall be considered after giving opportunity of hearing and a reasoned order passed within four weeks thereafter. It has further been agreed that if any payment in terms of the said order is to be made to the petitioner, it shall be paid within the next two months thereafter. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
