JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 The present petition is the second prayer of regular bail as pressed by petitioner after rejection of first prayer of bail through Cr. Misc. No. 47320 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.

2. During course of argument, it transpires that out of total nine prosecution witnesses, eight were already examined by the learned trial court and the remaining witness namely, Sunil Singh, who is the father of the deceased, is likely to be examined by the trial court shortly.

2. Considering the stage of aforesaid trial, this Court is not inclined to consider the present prayer of bail.
