The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 353, 224, 225 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioners along with others were instrumental for fleeing away one of the accused person who was apprehended by the police. But no specific role attributed to the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38045 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
