Both Cr. Misc. No.17781 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.19766 of 2019 arise out of same P.S.Case number as such they are being taken together for disposal.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S.case No.275 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner Umesh Yadav of Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17781 of 2019(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Misc. No.17781 of 2019 is that he is named in the FIR and the allegation against petitioner Mani Bhushan Yadav of Cr. Misc. No.19766 of 2019 is that he assaulted by Farsa on the nephew of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the cases is that there is case and counter case between the parties, there is no specific allegation against Umesh Yadav and the petitioners are in custody since 28.11.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has considered this fact that the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.275 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
