The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

It is a case of for demanding ransom of Rs. 5 lac by telephonic call to the informant with a threatening that if he fails to pay it within 24 hours, he will be killed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a daily wage worker and he has no concern with the said incident. The mobile, from which ransom call was made, does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.7.2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM1, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021.
