The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghoshbari P.S.Case No. 18 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 120 (B), 115/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that prior to the present occurrence, the children of both parties had quarreled due to that reason, the present case was lodged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is dispute between both the parties in which whole family has been implicated. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation of firing is only against co-accused, Chandan Ram.

S. Case No. 18 of 2017.
