The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner committed theft in the house of informant after breaking the lock of door. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and only on suspicion, he has been made accused. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
