The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 20.05.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 1889 of 2015 with a condition that the petitioner shall pay the first instalment of Rs. 1,44,000/- within one month from the date of the order and the second instalment was to be paid within one month thereafter. It is submitted that the petitioner fell ill and he is suffering from kidney disease. The petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount within three months.

Considering the illness of the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for one month and within three months the petitioner shall pay the entire amount in two instalments to the complainant. If the amount is not re-paid to the complainant, the learned court below shall cancel the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30890 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 bonds of the petitioner. Order dated 20.05.2015 stands modified to this extent only. This application is allowed accordingly. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
