Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 145, 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 153, 153A, 153B, 290, 291, 295A, 298, 341, 342, 324, 326, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Two groups of different communities quarreled with each other for dispute relating to place of disposal of dead body.
Submission is that the allegation is general and omnibus and co-accused has already been allowed bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur, vide Annexure-2. Considering the general and omnibus nature of

No.50720 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohiuddinnagar Police Station Case No.96 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
