2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2020 in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 74/2020 for the alleged offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 733.500 litres of wine from a tractor. It is further submitted that the offending goods were not seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the tractor in question. It is further submitted that the petitioner's signature does not appear on the seizure list which makes the veracity of the allegation doubtful. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 74/2020, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
