The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 on merits by the Sessions Judge, Patna, in A.B.P. No. 21915 of 2014 in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act. Considering that there is no allegation against him of having misused the privilege of anticipatory bail, I see no reason for interference in the matter, The application stands rejected.
