Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No.39 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation in brief is that the deceased was married with the petitioner four years prior to the occurrence and she was done to death due to non-fulfillment of dowry and her dead body was cremated discreetly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner's wife died due to illness.

No document of any treatment has been brought on record showing the disease she was suffering from. Petitioner is
