1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, as well as learned counsel for the C.S.B.C..

The petitioner claims to have participated in a selection process conducted pursuant to Advertisement No. 02 of 2009 in which, as per averments made in the writ application, the date of physical examination was fixed on 23.09.2010. Alleging that the petitioner was wrongly prevented from appearing at the physical examination conducted on 23.09.2010, writ petition has been filed in February, 2023.
