In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 354 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 374 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 14(2), 14(1)(A) of the Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1986 and under Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.

A raid was conducted and it was fond that one Md. Nabab, aged about 10 years, was working in the Garage of the present petitioner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sadhu Mistri @ Sadhu Prasad, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or

No.18349 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case no. 354 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
